Last Workout Last days of vacation can be so depressing to me. We did make the best of it though. I ran 25 minutes then did Cathe's Travel Fit . When you don't have access to weights, this workout is pretty good. It uses resistance bands with cardio blasts thrown in. It's made for those traveling so you don't need much space at all. While it's not one I'd do all the time, it's perfect for vacations or work travel (hence the name of course). I must say that I absolutely cannot wait to get home and get in a weight workout! Last Day as Beach Bums After the workouts, we hit the beach for our final day of beach bumming it. We had our toes in the sand for the majority of the day.
