Weights & Tabata If I had time to workout tomorrow, I think I would have ended up taking today as a rest day. But, I am glad that I got my workout done and look forward to the break tomorrow - and on Friday too ;-) I started with about 20 minutes on the elliptical before hitting the weights for back and shoulders. I went with supersets of 3x8 unless noted. SS#1 Assisted chinups - dropped the weight today Overhead shoulder press SS#2 Underhand barbell rows - increased weight Lateral raise SS#3 Pullovers - 10 reps Front raise I finished off the workout with 3 rounds of a low-impact kettlebell workout done tabata style.
