NYE Recap Last night was a great one. Not only did we ring in a new year, it was spent with my husband, my sister, and good friends. Here are just a few pictures to recap. Workout & Back to Normal This morning I was hoping to sleep in as we didn't get to bed until about 1 am. Usually if I a up at that time, it's getting out of bed to go pee LOL. But, sleeping in just didn't happen for me. I started waking up a bit after 5 and finally gave up and got up just after 8. While it was another beautiful, sunny day, running was not the workout plan. Instead, we hit the gym for our first workout of the year. I did about 15 minutes on the elliptical to warm up before doing trisets of 3x8 (unless noted) for shoulders, biceps, hamstrings and then some abs at the end.
