Leg Day I wanted to thank everyone for congratulating me on my run yesterday. I will say that I am sore today, but not as bad as I thought I might be. My problem areas (hip flexor and hamstrings) are sore of course, but not unbearable. My calves are oddly sore too. But, I've been stretching and Jason gave me a massage. I'm so not worthy! Since I wasn't too terribly sore, I did go ahead with my regular Leg Day Sunday routine. But, I did a much easier workout with lighter weights and played around with rep patterns.
